Refund and Exchange Policy
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from when your order was delivered to the indicated shipping address.
Please understand that this policy is applicable solely to items that have sustained physical damage and are deemed unusable. This does not cover the following:
1. All goods not returned within 7 days from delivery.
2. Late delivery by the courier. We aim to have your orders dispatch from our warehouse within 2-3 business days from order placement. However, any delay incurred by the courier is out of our control.
3. Shipping details provided are incorrect.
4. Change of mind returns. All purchases are final. Once payment has been completed, we cannot cancel or make replacements to your order.
5. Color concerns/discrepancies. This will not be regarded as a defect. Please understand that the actual colors of the product may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions.
6. A dent on the packaging with items/nail strips in good condition.
7. Used items.
8. Items purchased on sale.

iii. Reason why you wish to return the item
iv. A photo or video of your order
Our team will conduct an investigation regarding your concern. Once approved, we will let you know via email.
For items that need to be returned to our HQ, please be reminded that the buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the courier.
