Who is your shipping partner?

Your order will be handled by J&T Express.

When will my order arrive?

We strive to process your orders within 1 to 3 business days following the order placement. Kindly note that this excludes the weekends and holidays.

J&T Express delivery lead times are as follows: 

I need my order ASAP. Can I get it within the day?

Yes! Simply select the Same day delivery shipping method at checkout.

Please note that the buyer will cover the shipping costs. 

For same day delivery, kindly send us your proof of payment by 3:00 PM. Payments received after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

If your order is still in our warehouse, we will be happy to update your shipping details. However, once the package has been transferred to the courier, it will be your responsibility to reach out to them.
